Refund Policy

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Refund Policy defines the rules and conditions under which the User has the right to a refund for Goods purchased through the CULT website. The Policy is an integral part of the Website Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

2. Grounds for Refund

2.1. In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, the User has the right to return or exchange the Goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, except for the cases provided for in clause 8.2 of the Terms of Use.

2.2. A refund is possible in the following cases:

receipt of Goods with an obvious manufacturing defect;

receipt of Goods that do not match the description (model, color, volume, etc.);

erroneous payment or double transaction.

2.3. Cosmetics (including gel polishes) that have been unpacked, used, or have damaged packaging are not eligible for return, except in cases of obvious defect.

3. Return procedure

3.1. To initiate a return, the User must contact our support service via email: [specify email] indicating:

order number;

description of the reason for return;

photo evidence (in case of defective goods);

details for refund.

3.2. After approval of the return request, the User must send the goods back in full, in the original packaging, to the address specified by the manager.

3.3. The costs of return shipping in the event of a confirmed defect are covered by the Seller. In other cases, the costs are borne by the User.

4. Refund period

4.1. After receiving and checking the returned goods, the funds are returned to the User's account within 7-14 banking days, depending on the bank and payment system.

4.2. If the payment was made via the LiqPay service, the refund is made using the same system in accordance with its policy.

5. Limitation of liability

5.1. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment services or delivery services.

5.2. The Seller reserves the right to refuse to refund funds if a violation of the terms of this Policy is established.
